You know that white split skirt in my previous post? Well I also bought it in black. This is what happens when you look at a piece as a foundation to create multiple of outfits from. Although my black skirt collection has grown substantially, I make sure they all have a unique look, and so far a floaty split situation hadn’t been ticked off the list.

At what point in your wardrobe building life have you started buying multiples of the same garment, or the same style in an assortment of colours? I think this is the moment when you take your style and view of your wardrobe as a whole more seriously, analysing the situation and planning ahead. …Or you’ve just gone on a shopping spree!
