I got my health kick on today by going on a local bush walk along the water with Zanita, who is currently staying with me. I am a big fan of Aussie sportswear label The Upside, which has quite a minimal aesthetic with a little injection of crazy prints, which obviously I unsubscribe from. This shopping post is inspired by what I wore today, a calming black and white ensemble, with the only colour being the crystal clear water reflecting from my sunglasses.

Harper and Harley, as you know is all about a black, white and grey wardrobe. But this also transcends into lifestyle, interiors and health and fitness.
