Ginger and Smart jacket and tank, T by Alexander Wang skirt, MAC lipstick is Ruby Woo,

Well, well well, look who is back to taking photos with her remote control. It poured down with rain over the long weekend here in Sydney, as well as most of the east coast, and taking an outfit post outside in that weather is not going to work, even if perhaps I was going for the slick wet look.

Anywho, I got the job done! And how amazing is this Ginger and Smart jacket! Love the detailing and its the perfect boyfriend style and length that I adore.

Grown Alchemy lip balm, OPI nailpolish in Bubble Bath
Lover lace dress, Claire Aristides bracelet.

This summer I've decided to ditch the foundation. I work in an office all day and in the end it's barely on my face anyway, as well as with the humid weather we've had I would rather be bare than risk it clogging up my pores. Don't get me wrong, I love makeup and admit there was a time I could never leave the house without it due to having terrible acne in my teens. But since those days are behind me (amen to that!) I'm putting more effort into highlighting my other features and letting my skin take a nice big breath!

So what do I do instead? I make sure my brows are nicely filled in and sweep on some liquid eyeliner, currently using Stilla which I'm really liking, and of course a coat or two of mascara. To keep the dewy natural look going a little bit of lip balm goes a long with with Grown Alchemy in a yummy watermelon flavour.

Kahlo tank, Zara skirt, Dion Lee vest, RMK heels, Benah bag, House of Holland Sunglasses, Michael Kors watch, Claire Aristides bracelet.

I recently, and after I shot this outfit, DIY'd my favourite Zara skort. Geneva would be so proud! As much as I adore it I took off the gold clasp detailing to make it even more minimal. Come of guys, it was inevitable! So I'll have to shoot it again showing it in its beautiful, unadorned self. But previous to this I wore it in this outfit and it went perfectly with the gold chain of the Benah bag.

Apart my my minimal style I also have a thing about a strong brow, and i'm not too sure if you've noticed or not in these pictures but the House of Holland sunglasses have these fun brows on them. Kind of reminds me of the incognito nose, moustache and glasses masks you can buy for dress ups. It's sometimes nice not too be so serious!
