I'm a big fan of a ruched maxi dress like this Kain one I found on Net-a-porter. So easy and flattering. Plus the inclusion of it's high split, perfection!
Last night I attended the CHANEL little black jacket exhibition launch in Sydney, where (unbelievably) Chanel asked to dress me for the event, in Chanel and styled by Christine Centenera. I wore a gorgeous little Chanel brocade gold dress with Bassike leather pants, Chanel booties and gold Chanel bag. You can see pictures on my instagram @harperandharley. It is a beautiful exhibition which I HIGHLY recommend taking a moment to view.
I've been so busy lately and trying to balance working and my blog can be a little tricky. To paint a picture I'm currently writing this post from the backseat of a taxi going from the airport to the city in Melbourne. But where there's a will, there's a way! I'm down for the ManiaMania & ELLERY sample sale which is running until Sunday at the GPO building, so if you're in town stop by and have a shop!
I'm loving this transeasonal time of year when you can wear almost everything in your wardrobe, jackets with shorts, jeans with t-shirts, long sleeves with skirts. So many options! Too many options?
This silk shirt dress from Lover is perfect. I love their laces, but i'm so happy they also do silks and other fabrics for everyday wear as well. And these Tom Gunn for Gary Bigeni heels are my new favourites, anything that makes my legs look longer than they really are always going to be on high rotation!
When I saw this print going down the runway during the Manning Cartell show during Aus Fashion Week earlier this year I knew I had to get my hands on it. It comes in a range of pieces but this dress is definitely by favourite.
