I'm halfway through my New York trip and I'm having the time of my life! Being in New York during fashion week has been ridiculous, I am having the most exhilarating people watching experiences, it's like the whole city is full of the most beautiful and stylish people 24/7. The girls and I were having brunch at Cafe Gitane on Mott st in Soho and it felt like the whole fash pack was out the front. I wish I had taken some snaps, but I was trying to act cool (sometimes whipping out a camera isn't the best idea) and I was also drooling over my waffles... But think Prada flame heels, Stella McCartney shorts and just in general the most drool worthy ensembles.

Ginger and Smart shirt, Zara skirt and clutch, Zimmermann heels

The madness that was Vogue Fashion Night Out was on last night and we ventured into Soho to get involved in the celebrations. The streets were PACKED and everyone was so excited to party and shop, which is exactly what this event was created for.

Zara tee and leather shorts, Benah bag, Molten Relic ring, Zimmermann heels, Nick Campbell sunglasses

Jess and I have been walking up and down Mercer and the nearby streets in Soho all day. First stop Zimmermann, then Alexander Wang, Acne, Isabel Marant, Opening Ceremony, 3.1 Phillip Lim and Rag & Bone.

If you want to hit up the boutiques then Soho and Nolita are the places to go. You can literally spend all day walking the streets and resting at cute cafes for breaks as you go. I might just add now that New York has the most amazing food, I have NOT had a bad meal all week!

Off to Vogue Fashion's Night Out now... I'm preparing myself for the chaos!

On the hunt for...

Clockwise from top left: Givenchy Small Obsedia, PS11 Classic, Alexander Wang Rafael, Valentino Va Va Voom.

So I'm on the hunt to find the perfect black shoulder bag. I'm finding it essential to throw my bag over my shoulder and have two hands available, especially when attending events, going shopping and in general just being out all day long walking around the city. There is nothing worse than lugging around a heavy bag for hours on end!

These are my favourites that i'm umming and ahhhing over right now.
How amazing is the Givenchy!!!
